Terms of use
These terms concern the Yabvil company website and its enquiry form. The product platforms have their own terms.
Purpose of this website
This website introduces Yabvil and the digital products it builds. Product descriptions provide an overview. To use Classence or ResultCrest, follow the links to their independent websites and review the applicable product information and terms.
Responsible use
Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, overwhelm the contact form, impersonate another person or submit harmful content. Provide accurate contact information so we can respond to your enquiry.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a commercial agreement, partnership or service commitment. Contact form confirmation means the email provider has accepted a message for delivery; it does not guarantee a response time.
Brand and content
Yabvil branding and product materials are presented to identify the company and its products. Contact Yabvil before using these materials in a way that implies endorsement or partnership. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holders.
Product links and availability
Links to Classence and ResultCrest take you to separate platforms. Their features, availability and terms are governed by the information on those websites. Website content may change as the products evolve.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for information about contact enquiries, theme preferences and optional analytics.
