Privacy Policy
This notice describes data handling on the Yabvil company website. It does not replace the privacy notices of Classence or ResultCrest.
Contact information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry category and message. School enquiries also ask for an institution name. Partnership enquiries ask for a description and optionally an organisation name. These details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry.
When configured, messages are sent through Brevo to Yabvil’s designated contact inbox. This website does not create a user account or store enquiries in a separate application database. Email services may retain correspondence under the operator’s retention arrangements.
Technical information and spam protection
The website uses short-lived form tokens and temporary request counters to protect the contact endpoint. Where the hosting environment provides a trusted client IP address, the server hashes it for rate limiting. Temporary submission hashes help avoid repeated email delivery. These counters and hashes expire after 15 minutes and contain no message text.
The hosting and email providers may process network and delivery information necessary to operate their services. Their hosting locations, retention periods and any international transfer arrangements must be confirmed by the operator before launch.
Preferences stored on your device
Your colour theme is stored locally in your browser. If optional analytics are configured, your analytics preference is also stored locally. You can clear these preferences through your browser settings.
Optional analytics
Analytics are disabled unless a provider is configured and you allow them. The optional Plausible integration sends the page path and simple events such as product-link clicks and completed contact submissions. It does not send enquiry text, names, email addresses or URL query parameters.
You can change your choice through Privacy preferences when analytics are configured. The integration respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Your choices and requests
To ask about information you have shared, request access or correction, or discuss deletion or another privacy concern, email support@yabvil.com. Requests will need to be handled according to the applicable law and verified operator procedures.

Separate product platforms
Classence and ResultCrest operate as separate websites. Consult their own notices before sharing student information or using their accounts. Do not include passwords or sensitive student records in this company website’s contact form.
